Step 2
Gather your product details and arrange them as recommended

- Choose master items and additional materials based on your supplier plan.
3.Prepare Product Photos

4.Fill Out Information
- Complete the details for each material in the provided Excel sheet.
5.Organize Photos
- Name each photo according to its item and save them in the allocated folder.
6.Check Stock Availability
- Ensure materials are in stock for at least 3 months.

7.Confirm Pricing
- Review item prices and any special discounts for GBQ clients.
8.Upload Your List
- Click the upload button on your portal to submit the completed materials list.
9.Approval Process
- GBQ will review all submissions before displaying them on the platform.
10.Revisions If Needed
- Rejected materials will be sent back for corrections and resubmission.
11.Update Your Listings
- Replace or delete materials before final submission if necessary.

General Guidelines for Managing Your Account
- Commit to Pricing: Item prices must remain consistent while listed on GBQ.
- Deactivate Unavailable Items: Remove items from the platform when out of stock.
- Payment Responsibility: Suppliers are responsible for securing payments from builders.
- Financial Disputes: GBQ is not involved in any financial issues with builders.
- Price Control: GBQ reserves the right to adjust displayed prices for customers.
- No Refunds on Plans: Supplier plan fees are non-refundable.
- Notify GBQ of Business Changes: Inform GBQ of any legal, activity, or operational changes.
